Eléonore Venin (FR) has been coaching and mentoring CEOs and C-level executives for 15 years. Her support occurs at key moments of their company development, including from research to industry, to push their strategic vision further.

She is specialised in strategic partnerships and in the organisational challenges of EU scale-ups in various sectors of activity (medical device, biotechnology, industrial innovation, aeronautics…). She is the President of I&S Partners and a Business Coach of the EU. She is also a lecturer at Centrale Supélec, the leading engineering school within Paris-Saclay University and a business expert for the executive training branch of EDHEC, among the top 10 European Business Schools.
